The Tijuana Tilly's Story

If you were around in Mexico circa 1829, chances are you would be familiar with the fabulous fiestas held at the Rancho Tia Juana owned by Santiago Arguelle.  Rancho Tia Juana ultimately became the City of Tijuana, the gateway to Mexico.

Rancho Tia Juana was a hot spot of festivities, food and fun in old Mexico for generations.  Chances are your mouth would salivate at the mere thought of the food cooked up by the Rancho's incredible chef, Antillinez better known far and wide as Tilly!

Now here in modern day Carleton Place, two mysterious gringos have paid an unknown fee to acquire the ancient Antillinez recipes.  These are entrusted to the capable hands of your own Tijuana Tilly, the long lost 3rd cousin of the original Tilly's great, great granddaughter's next door neighbour! (which is the closest relation we could find around these here parts).

Let the traditions of the Rancho Tia Juana continue!
